I am writing to comment on the Draft Endangered Species Act Biological Evaluations.

INTRODUCTION

I would like to tell a tale of three industries. Big-Pharma; Big-Telecomm and Big-Ag. Seemingly unrelated, they have a lot in common. All are controlled by powerful money, with powerful influence and big expansive business models. All have cozy relationships with their regulators and each have the power to make or break life on this planet as we know it.

All use science with fundamental flaws at their core, to justify their business expansion.

• Big Telecomm relies on science that tests cell phones based upon the penetration of the heat of the phone to the brain rather than the obvious risk, non-thermal transmission of electromagnetic currents.
• Vaccines rely on science that uses a ‘spiked’ placebo rather than an inert placebo and refuse to do a vaccinated vs unvaccinated study.
• Big Ag relies on science that says humans and animals do not have the shikimate pathway, therefore glyphosate cannot harm them. This however, does not account for the bacteria in the gut that does have the shikimate pathway and responds just like a weed in the field.

You don’t have to have a Phd in Biology to know that we have a real environmental problem in this country. The bees are dying in swarms. We are losing endangered species at an alarming rate. If this isn’t due to the chemicals you license, with scientific studies as your authority, what do you imagine it to be?

Before you mentally answer that question with more proof from a scientific study, let us review the principles of Propaganda as created by Edward Bernays in the 1920s. Bernays was the nephew of Sigmund Freud and used the ideas of his famous uncle to sell cigarettes. One of his major contributions to the mess we are currently in, was how he used scientific studies.

Bernays set up third party organizations, funded by the tobacco industry, to create scientific studies that could prove anything they wanted. If the study did not provide the desired results, it was not used. The more studies the better and they churned them out, taking control of the narrative by virtue of the sheer number of studies.

There is a natural friction of influence at play here. There is a scientific body of evidence that says that glyphosate is harmless. These studies are what industry touts. There is also a scientific body of evidence that says it is harmful. This is usually backed by people like myself who do not represent organizations, just our own health and well-being.

As the regulators of the chemical industry, taking a new look at glyphosate, you have a big decision on your shoulders. May the decision you make personally and collectively be for the highest good of people, animals, plants and our planet.

MY BIG CONCERNS

First, I am one, who has to avoid GMO foods to maintain my physical health. Contrary to industry belief, GMO corn is completely different than natural corn. The body knows, all living organisms know, and cannot be tricked by the alteration of corn for the purposes of patenting. As you might imagine, avoiding GMOs is getting harder to do and is headed in the direction of being impossible to do. What solution do you suggest for me if you re-license glyphosate? Or what do you propose for the endangered species after they are gone?

I have the proof in my living organism, my body. But scientists are now confirming my body’s wisdom. A new study was conducted by an international team of scientists based in London, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, led by Dr Michael Antoniou of King’s College London. It is published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives.

“Our study highlights the power of multi-omics approaches to investigate the toxic effects of pesticides. Multi-omics revealed that glyphosate and MON 52276 inhibited the shikimate pathway in the rat gut microbiome. Our findings could be used to develop biomarkers for epidemiological studies aimed at evaluating the effects of glyphosate herbicides on humans”.

Second, the World Health Organization has listed glyphosate as a “probably carcinogenic to humans” and “sufficient” evidence of cancer in experimental animals.

“In March 2015, IARC classified glyphosate as “probably carcinogenic to humans” (Group 2A).

This was based on “limited” evidence of cancer in humans (from real-world exposures that actually occurred) and “sufficient” evidence of cancer in experimental animals (from studies of “pure” glyphosate). IARC also concluded that there was “strong” evidence for genotoxicity, both for “pure” glyphosate and for glyphosate formulations.”

Third, we already know that glyphosate herbicides have been found in streams, ocean water, rain and by the EPA’s own acknowledgment, is highly toxic to aquatic life. Glyphosate herbicides harm 93% of endangered species and 97% of their critical habitats. I ask you to remember that we too, live in these habitats.

Fourth, the following quote summarizes industry’s aggressive expansion of GMO foods and therefore glyphosate, as well as their status as invasive species:

Fifth, Glyphosate directly impacts animals.

Glyphosate use directly impacts a variety of nontarget animals, including insects, earthworms, and fish, and indirectly impacts birds and small mam-mals.47

Roundup kills beneficial insects, including parasitoid wasps, lacewings and ladybugs.48

Repeated applications of glyphosate significantly affect the growth and survival of earthworms.49

Environmental factors, such as high sedimentation, increases in temperature and pH levels increase the toxicity of Roundup, especially to young fish.50

Roundup, in sublethal and environ-mentally relevant concentrations, causes morphological changes in two species of amphibians by interfering with hor-mones.51

It is “extremely lethal” to amphibians in concentrations found in the environment.

I am guessing you may have children or grandchildren. I wonder what story you tell them about the state of the world you are leaving them. I wonder if you lay awake nights trying to make sure you did all you could to protect the people, plants, animals and our planet. I certainly hope so.

I ask you to stand up for people and the planet and refuse to relicense glyphosate. Now that would be a story to tell your grandchildren.

I have overcome illness in my life and as a result have been an advocate of natural health practices that support the immune system of the body. This alternative health pathway requires discipline, a basic understanding of what is good for the body and what should be avoided. It requires listening, respecting and supporting your body so it can optimally perform its functions.

When GMO foods first hit the market years ago, I was torn between the goal of ‘feeding the millions’ versus my innate understanding that chemicals were bad for humans and other living things. The story about how glyphosate, the main active ingredient in Roundup affects our body has stuck with me all these years. It goes something like this:

First, they genetically modify the corn (or wheat, or soy) so that it is resistant to glyphosate. They can then spray the entire crop with Roundup, which kills off all other plant diversity, drifts into other farmer’s fields and leaches into the drinking water. Glyphosate affects the shikimate pathway, which is found in plants, and bacteria but not humans. The theory is, when we eat the corn, it is supposed to pass right through us without harm. The reality is, when it hits our intestines, which are populated with bacteria, the glyphosate attacks the bacteria in the gut like it would the weeds in the field. From this perspective it isn’t hard to see why glyphosate is blamed for many chronic diseases.

But its not just humans it affects plants and animals as well.

“The EPA assessment found glyphosate herbicides caused Likely Adverse Affects (LAA) for 93% of species and 97% of critical habitats-  1,676 species and 759 critical habitats. This means that continuing to allow the use of glyphosate in waterways, forestry, and landscaping will lead to the destruction of these endangered species. We certainly hope glyphosate herbicide use will be banned from these uses immediately.”

GMOs seem an obvious fingerprint of The Invisible Powers as they are toxic, patentable, not backed by appropriate science, no demand from consumer, plenty of push-back from activists and plenty of political money to keep us all in the dark.

This paper frames genetically modified organisms (GMOs) as invasive species. This offers a way of considering the reception, diffusion and management of GMOs in the foodscape. “An invasive non-native species is any non-native animal or plant that has the ability to spread causing damage to the environment, the economy, our health and the way we live” (NNSS, 2017).

Without any social licence, pesticide companies have thrust GMOs into the foodscape. The release of GMOs has generally been unwelcome, there has been no ‘pull’ factor from consumers and there has been vocal resistance from many. The apologists for GMOs have argued the self-contradictory conceit that GMOs are ‘same but different’. Under this logically untenable stance, GMOs are to be excluded from specific regulation because they are the ‘same’ as existing organisms, while simultaneously they are ‘different’ and so open to patenting. GMOs are patented and this demonstrates that, prima facie, these are novel organisms which are non-native to the foodscape.

GMO apologists have campaigned intensively, and successfully in USA, to ensure that consumers are kept in the dark and that GMOs remain unlabelled – as a consequence GMOs are ubiquitous in US consumer foods. In contrast, in Australia GMOs are required to be labelled if present in consumer products and, in consequence, Australian food manufacturers do not use them. The release of a GMO calls for biosecurity measures.

After trial plots of Monsanto GM canola in Tasmania in the 1990s, the sites continue to be biosecurity monitored for GMO escape, and volunteer canola plants continue to appear two decades later. In Western Australia the escape of GMO canola into a neighbouring organic farm resulted in the loss of organic certification and the monetary loss of the organic premium for produce.

GMO produce sells for a 10% discount because of market forces and the consumer aversion to GMOs. Where non-GM product is accidentally contaminated with some GM grain, the whole batch is discounted and is sold as GMO.

There is a lack of evidence that GMOs can be contained and many jurisdictions have banned the introduction of GMOs. GMOs have the potential and the propensity to contaminate non-GMO crops and thereby devalue them.

The evidence is that GMOs are invasive species, they are unwelcome by consumers, peaceful coexistence with non-GM varieties is a fiction, and GMOs are appropriately managed as a biosecurity issue.

I have an ask, an important request. We may have differing views on many things, but we are united on the health of our bodies and the plants and animals and our environment. This affects all of us immensely.

Open Letter to Citizens and Organizations

for Glyphosate Ban

Open Letter to US Citizens and Women’s, Food, Organic Farming, Endangered Species, and Environmental Organizations

Your actions, based on the following information, could alter the future of our planet.

Glyphosate herbicides are the most widely used agrochemicals in the world. According to the EPA, over 300 million pounds are used in the United States each year, 280 million pounds directly on our food. Crops such as soy, corn, sugar, wheat, beans, peas, alfalfa, and oats make up just some of the crops that feed livestock and humans contaminated with high levels of glyphosate. If our families and pets are not eating only organic food, they consume glyphosate in nearly every bite of their meals. Glyphosate has been found on thousands of human food samples such as cereal, orange juice, eggs, and in pet food, tap water, in our breastmilk, children’s urine, streams, ocean water, and even the rain.

A study by Professor Paul J. Mills, Ph.D., and his clinical research team at the University of California showed in the Journal of the American Medical Association a greater than 1000% increase in human glyphosate levels over the past 23 years. 

Studies on glyphosate herbicides have proven either causal or connection to increased risks of multiple cancers, including Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, neurotoxicity, thyroid damage, autism symptoms, nonalcoholic liver disease, the disruption of gut bacteria, which weakens the immune system and can lead to chronic illness, hormonal imbalance, depression, aggression, and addiction. It has also been implicated in causing congenital disabilities, miscarriages, and endocrine disruption, linked to diabetes, obesity, and numerous illnesses.

In summary, Glyphosate exposure is weakening our immune systems, increasing symptom severity from COVID, and contributing to our national shutdown and economic crisis!

The federal EPA is currently accepting comments regarding whether or not to revoke the license of glyphosate (or merely restrict its use) based on their assessment of harm to endangered species. Their initial report claims that the 280 million pounds used per year on agriculture have no impact on endangered species. Only the landscaping use (20 million pounds) harms them. This is false. The agricultural use of glyphosate also has a huge impact on endangered species. The drift, runoff into waterways, and impact on the soil and wildlife surrounding agricultural land, which consists of 913 million acres in the USA, is the primary source of harm to our environment. For some states, such as Iowa, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska, between 85-91% of their state is farmland, primarily conventional farmland that uses glyphosate. Therefore many states have more land being sprayed with glyphosate than not. The impact is enormously detrimental to their soil, water, air, wildlife, organic farming contamination, and human population health.

One can only ascertain that if glyphosate is proving to cause harm 93% of endangered species and 97% of their critical habitats, which are also our habitats, that if we do not act now, we humans and our pets will also soon be endangered species. Please act now!

Take Action Today!

We are asking you, pleading with you, to please make a direct comment (the only ones that count) to the US EPA by March 12, 2021, to ban the use of glyphosate herbicides in the United States. You may use any of the following reasons and any links to studies found on our data page here and comment directly to the EPA using docket number EPA-HQ-OPP-2020-0585 www.regulations.gov.

1. Glyphosate is never used alone. Therefore the impact of use, assessment, and approval or denial of its license must include the full formulation studies. Independent, long term studies with blood analysis of the full formulation impact must be included.
2. Glyphosate herbicides are endocrine disruptors by many independent studies, and impact has been found to impact multiple generations.
3. Over 40 countries and hundreds of cities, school districts, and counties have banned or severely restricted glyphosate use around the world. Discontinuing glyphosate in farming, particularly as a desiccant, has been shown to improve the quality of the grains and the soil and reduce contamination of the environment and residues in food consumed by humans animals, which improves overall health.
4. The IARC has found glyphosate herbicides to be carcinogenic. Cancer is often caused by endocrine disruption. Cancerous, life-threatening tumors have been found in alarming numbers on turtles, deer, fish, and numerous species.
5. Glyphosate herbicides have been found in streams, ocean water, and even the rain, and by the EPA’s own acknowledgment, is highly toxic to aquatic life. Glyphosate herbicides harm 93% of endangered species and 97% of their critical habitats. Continuing the use of this chemical for any reason only increases the rate of losing our endangered species. It must be discontinued in the marketplace and agricultural, landscaping, forestry, and utility use.

We encourage you to personalize your message, or the EPA will not count it as a unique comment. Please state in your words why it is important to you or your organization to ban the use of glyphosate in the United States for any reason.

Yes, we are going here. We have to. Our goal is to uncover The Invisible Forces and the games they are playing. We have already learned many of their tools and techniques. Now it is time to put them all together. We are going to talk about Big Pharma and the vaccines.

Just to be clear, my goal is not to influence anyone to take, or not take the vaccine. This is a choice that should be made by each individual in alignment with their own logic and guidance. My goal is to highlight some important issues that may not be getting adequate exposure.

So far, I hope The Story has been thought provoking. I think I have given everyone something to agree with, something to disagree with and hopefully something to think more about.  

As you know, sometimes ‘thought provoking’ requires work to fight through our triggers. Whatever is coming up for you, I do hope you power through. For my part I will do my very best to articulate what needs to be said to give us all the opportunity to see beyond the filter of propaganda to the workings of The Invisible Powers.

Corporate Personhood, the topic of Part Seven, was the focus of media propaganda targeted towards the political right about 6 years ago when campaigns to reverse corporate personhood were going strong. While the virus and vaccines are currently the topic of immense media propaganda directed to the political left, but successfully inflaming both sides.

And perhaps a word of clarification is needed here. Propaganda is a tool of those with Big-Money, and Big Pharma is Big Money. Propaganda always has as its target, those who are in the way of their goals. It should be the duty of everyone to question, what are their goals? What are we giving up on the way to achieving those goals?

First, let’s acknowledge together that the Coronavirus is obviously real and causing great harm. Harm from the vaccine is also real and causing great harm. One side’s media highlights the increase in deaths from the virus and the other side’s media highlights the deaths from the vaccine. The end result is that all of us are being bombarded with fear from all directions. We are doing our best to navigate these critical times, so let’s intend to be gentle with one another.

We have talked about the games The Invisible Powers have played through our history, enough to recognize them when they are in play. But just recognizing the fingerprints is not enough. The next layer we have to challenge is our own belief system.

Never underestimate the power of a belief. You can successfully navigate through triggers, through logic and see that it looks, smells and acts like a game of The Invisible Powers, only to get to the end and come up smack dab against a belief and revert to ‘But I just can’t believe it’. So, be aware as we go forward.

POLITICAL PRESENCE

I think one of the first questions we must ask ourselves is why is the issue of safety in our vaccines even politicized? It should be clear that 100% of Americans want safe vaccines! The question it seems, is how do we get them?

Next, we must ask ourselves is why does the pharmaceutical industry need political expenditures? If the industry is providing a critical service for humanity, backed by rigorous science that speaks for itself, political expenditures don’t make sense. Right?

But the pharmaceutical industry was the largest lobbyist in 2019 in Washington DC, spending $295 million dollars, almost twice as much as the second largest lobbyist. (https://www.statista.com/statistics/257364/top-lobbying-industries-in-the-us/)

So, let’s look at those expenditures from the other perspective. Big Pharma is a for-profit business, on the edge of big expansion, their vaccines protected by legislation giving them immunity from liability, without the rigorous testing necessary for drugs, it makes sense they would need political support. Their business model requires it.

LEGAL LIABILITY – PHARMACEUTICALS

The next question we must ask ourselves is what is the pharmaceutical industry’s track record in terms of providing ethical, safe and effective medicines to the public? After all, this is not a new industry, we do have the benefit of historical data.

We may be tempted to think that yes, I know the pharmaceutical industry seems to trip over itself from time to time, but they really do try to provide us with safe and tested medicines.

The following is a summary of the top five legal settlements provided at https://www.enjuris.com/blog/resources/largest-pharmaceutical-settlements-lawsuits/

• 2012. GlaxoSmithKline. $3 billion. Criminal + Civil fines. The penalties are related to deceptive marketing, off-label promotion, kickbacks and failure to report safety data.
• 2009. Pfizer. $2.3 billion. Criminal + Civil fines. The penalties are related to false claims and kickbacks to doctors.
• 2013. Johnson and Johnson. $2.2 billion. Criminal + Civil fines. The penalties were for off-label marketing.
• 2012. Abbott. $1.5 billion. Criminal + Civil fines. The penalties were for off-label marketing.
• 2009. Eli Lilly. $1.42 billion. Criminal + Civil fines. The penalties were for off-label marketing.

And then again, we may have to acknowledge that these are huge fines that also had criminal components. This makes one wonder, are these fines just a cost of doing business?

This means, our loved ones went to their trusted doctor for relief from an illness. They did not know that the drug they were prescribed had safety problems that were not reported. They did not know that it may not even be approved for their condition. They did not know their doctor may be receiving a kick-back for prescribing that drug. They just trusted. We all should wonder, did the misuse of these drugs cause our loved one greater pain, suffering or even death?

Yes, we already know what it looks like when they do have liability.

LEGAL LIABILITY – VACCINES

But vaccines are identified as biologics and not under the same rules as pharmaceutical drugs. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 was passed by Congress in response to the numerous lawsuits the vaccine makers were receiving for injury and death from their vaccines. This in itself is admission that vaccines are inherently risky and could result in death.

Propaganda side note: Words for positive image are clearly at work here. The slogan for vaccines is ‘safe and effective’. Even though the vaccine makers were not willing to take financial liability for the risk of their product, we are expected to take the human risk of their product.

They also set up a Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) funded by an excise tax on vaccines, so vaccine injured patients could receive compensation. So far $4 billion dollars has been paid out of that fund.

PROPAGANDA – FIRST ATTACK THE MOTHERS

A couple of years ago when I was advocating for vaccine safety in our state’s capital in Olympia, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr spoke and had what I considered to be a powerful quote:

“When…

Congress has been bought,

Regulatory agencies are part of the problem,

Media is greedy for advertising revenues,

Scientific studies have been manipulated,            

Education reinforces ‘the system’,

Lawyers can’t sue,

Our children’s last line of defense are the Mothers”

He was speaking to a couple of thousand people, mostly mothers of vaccine injured children. Keep in mind, these mothers at one time were pro-vaccine, but due to injuries from the vaccine were now the courageous advocates for their children and the safety of vaccines for others.

The propaganda lens was turned to attack the mothers of disabled kids. Attacking them. Making them out to be the ignorant ones. And many of us supported that.

PROPAGANDA – THEN CENSOR AND ATTACK THE WHISTLEBLOWERS

Our country was built upon the tenets of democracy. For that democracy to function, we must support and accommodate a civil debate of the issues. This should especially include something as important as vaccine science.

Did you ever expect to see so many Americans supporting censorship? Perhaps it is more palatable when it is called ‘vaccine mis-information’. Let us not forget that one of the important tenets of propaganda is to attack any opposition to the desired image. Immediately, publicly and ruthlessly.

… I want vaccines that are as safe as possible, I want science that is robust and I want to make sure that we have a regulatory agency that has unquestioned integrity and freedom of conflicts of interest and we don’t have those things today.

…But my question was, how did those neurotoxic elements get into our vaccine supply? What kind of testing was done? The answers to that investigation were shocking to me and I believe that they will be shocking to any pediatrician, any public health regulator, and any politician who is now considering vaccine I’m going to start by talking about this study that was published in February of 2017, of this year.

One of the leaders of the team is Dr. Peter Aaby. Dr. Aaby is one of the world’s foremost authorities on vaccines, particularly vaccines in Africa.

This study was a study of the DTP vaccine, diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis, the most popular vaccine in the world and a vaccine that’s given to virtually every vaccinated child in Africa.

Because of a quirk in the way that the vaccines were administered in the nation of Guinea-Bissau, it allowed Dr. Aaby and his team to do the kind of study vaccine safety advocates in this country have advocated for many, many years.

It is a vaccinated versus unvaccinated study and what they found was the vaccinated children had 10 times the death rate of unvaccinated children.

But the things that the vaccinated children were dying of, were things you would never associate with vaccines.

What the scientists concluded was that the vaccine, while it was protecting children from diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis, had wrecked their immune system so that they were dying of these unrelated illnesses.

And here’s what they concluded, “All currently available evidence suggests that DTP vaccine may kill more children from other causes than it saves from diphtheria, tetanus or pertussis.”

This is rather shocking. The interesting thing and the frightening thing about this study is that this was data that was 30 years old. Nobody noticed that this vaccine had been killing 10 times the number of kids.

And the relevant question for us, this study begs, is there a surveillance system in this country that would send off an alarm if the same thing was happening here from our current vaccine program? Or is there a safety testing program that would assure that this can’t happen? And the answer, I’m about to show you, is no.

I’m going to start with this slide, and this slide shows a short list of vaccine adverse events. In other words, these are injuries that are acknowledged by the government and by the manufacturer to be caused by vaccines.

How do we know that? Well, this first list above the blue line are injuries that have been compensated by the Vaccine Court. So the courts have decided yes, your injury was caused by the vaccine and we are going to pay you money for that.

These include autoimmune diseases, encephalopathy, that is brain damage, seizure disorder, death. Below the line is another list that really overlaps with the top list.

These are the injuries that the manufacturer is saying, “These could be caused by our vaccine.” And they include autoimmune diseases, asthma, eczema, juvenile diabetes.

Now look at this, according to the CDC one in six children now has a developmental disorder. The same injuries associated with vaccines.

This is an epidemic. And according to HHS, it gets worse. 54% of children have some kind of chronic illness.

In 1986, Congress passed the Vaccine Act and gave blanket immunity to vaccine companies for injuries caused by vaccines. And for some of these new vaccines, they can make up to a billion dollars a year in profits or even more.

This is what happened, in 1986 there were 11 vaccines on the schedule, but today there are 53 jabs.

Look what happened at the same time, in 1988 only 12.8% of kids had chronic disease, today 54%. So the rise was coterminous with the expansion of the vaccine schedule.

Question one, who is responsible then for vaccine safety? In every other sector in this country, it’s the manufacturer and distributor of the product who is responsible for safety.

With an automobile, it would be the automobile manufacturer, with a drug like Phen-fen or Vioxx, when those drugs were found to be unsafe, the company was responsible.

And, of course, that responsibility and that liability keeps the company concerned and focused on safety.

So this is the language of the Vaccine Act, “No person may bring a civil action against any vaccine “administrator or manufacturer in a State or Federal court “for damages arising from a “vaccine-related injury and death.” So no matter how sloppy the line protocols, no matter how dangerous the ingredient, no matter how grievous the injury to your child, you can’t sue the manufacturer for an injury caused by vaccines.

So what are the consequences to having the only consumer product in America that’s completely liability-free? First of all, there’s no incentive among manufacturers to conduct safety studies.

In fact, there’s a disincentive because there’s a provision in the Vaccine Act that says essentially that the only way that a manufacturer can be liable is if they know of a side effect from that vaccine and they fail to warn. So their incentive is to do everything that they can to not learn of any side effects.

That’s one consequence. The second is that there’s a liability-free market of 74 million American children. The third is that there is a very strong incentive to develop more and more and more vaccines because the profits are so enormous and the costs are almost nothing.

Here are the results in detail, 11 vaccines in 1986. Fifty-three vaccines that our children are being given today under the schedule, and here’s the future: 270 vaccines that are already in the pipeline.

Thousands of clinical trials that are developing new vaccines for the industry and a vaccine industry that is projecting vaccines as a $90 billion profit center over the next few years.

So, if the manufacturers have been lifted of any responsibility for vaccine safety, well, who’s responsible?

Well, the Vaccine Act did not want to leave a vacuum. So it said that HHS is responsible, Health and Human Services Department and that specifically FDA, CDC, NIH and HRSA would be the agencies responsible. There’s two stages before a vaccine comes to market.

First, the FDA has to license the vaccine. Then CDC has to add it to the schedule. The FDA is the agency that is in charge of the initial step of licensing the vaccine, and here’s what FDA says that it does.

It says, “Vaccines undergo rigorous and extensive testing “to determine their safety.” Is that true? Let’s see. Let’s first look at what FDA requires for regular drugs.

Now, for most other drugs, the safety testing is, indeed, rigorous and that kind of testing takes several thousand people who are given the drug and then the same number of people who, usually similarly situated people, who are given a pill that looks exactly like that drug but it’s inert and neither the researchers nor the patients know which ones got the saline drug and which ones got the real drug, so it’s double blind.

Then the researchers look at both of those groups for typically five years and they look at health outcomes and that’s how they figure out whether or not the drug is safe.

For example, with Lipitor the safety review period was 4.8 years and the placebo group received a sugar pill that looked exactly like a Lipitor pill.

With Enbrel, which is another prescription drug, the safety review period was 6.6 years, and the placebo group was a saline injection.

But look what they do with vaccines.

Vaccines are characterized by FDA not as drugs, but as biologics, and that gives FDA the capacity to fast track them without all of that rigorous and bothersome testing.

These are the two hepatitis B vaccines that are the only two that are approved for one day old children.

So these vaccines are given to virtually every child that’s born in this country in a hospital today.

Here was the safety review period, four days.

That means if a baby had a seizure and died on the fifth day, it never happened, it wouldn’t ever be reported, no one will ever know because they only look at them for four days.

This one got five days. And then, look at this, there was no placebo.

So what are they measuring it against? How do they even tell whether the test group had an unusual number of illnesses unless there’s a placebo group to test them against? Of course they can’t, it’s not real safety science.

Yet, this is the only testing that these vaccines received, so whoever approved these vaccines was not making an evidence-based decision. They were making a decision based upon something else.

Here’s the polio vaccine for two-month-old children, the safety review was 48 hours. Look at the placebo group, they tested against the DTP vaccine. This is the vaccine that was causing so many injuries that it caused Congress to pass the Vaccine Act because manufacturers were saying, “We’re getting sued so much that we’re going to “go out of business.” That’s not real science.

That’s not a placebo, that’s what we call a spiked placebo. A placebo where you’re using something toxic.

Here’s some more examples, these are the Hib vaccines. And here are the safety review periods.

This got the longest one, the Sanofi Pasteur version got 30 days, the others got four days and three days respectively.

But look what they were tested against, not a placebo. This one was tested against six vaccines at the same time.

That’s not going to tell you anything about the safety of this vaccine prior to licensing, which means that the only thing that we’re left with to determine whether vaccines are safe or not are post-licensing surveillance studies.

And what I’m going to show you is that the post-licensing surveillance is next to worthless.

The central mechanism for post-licensing vaccine safety surveillance is called the VAERS system, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System.

VAERS last year alone said that 59,117 Americans were injured by vaccines and that doesn’t tell the whole story.

According to HHS, this number represents fewer than 1% of adverse events which are reported.

What would it look like if we were actually capturing all vaccine injuries? According to HHS’s own calculations, it would be close to six million Americans injured by vaccines every year. And in 2010, the HHS actually commissioned a study that confirmed these astronomical levels of vaccine injury.

The HHS wanted to determine whether or not it was feasible to automate the VAERS system, so they hired an outside consulting group who came in and automated a system for one of the HMOs.

What they found, when they looked at how many people were actually getting injured, a true number, not reported by volunteers, but taken from medical records, of the 376,452 individuals who were vaccinated, 35,000 of them had some kind of adverse reaction. That’s one in ten.

That’s very, very far from the one in a million number that the industry commonly uses when it talks about vaccine injury.

And it’s a number that most public health officials and most Americans would consider completely unacceptable.

What happened to this system? Did HHS and CDC say, “This is science “that the public needs to know about, “so that we can ensure the safety of the vaccine supply?” No, they did the opposite.

They literally stopped answering the phone calls for those consultants.

The consultant says, “Unfortunately, there was never an opportunity to perform system performance assessments because the necessary CDC contacts were no longer available.” So, instead of expanding the system nationwide, they shut it down.

They simply stopped answering the phone. These consultants had bad news and they didn’t want to hear it.

Understandably there’s going to be a lot of people out there who are going to want to dismiss what Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. says about the adequacy or inadequacy of vaccine safety science at HHS.

But it’s not just me saying that, this is what the Institute of Medicine says about vaccine safety science at HHS.

The Institute of Medicine, IOM, top scientists in the country, who are brought together to review the vaccine safety science at HHS.

This is their job, these are very prestigious individuals and they’re paid for by the Federal government.

Here’s what IOM says, in 1991, IOM reviewed a single vaccine, the DTP vaccine They found that there were 22 injuries or diseases that had been reported to be caused by that vaccine.

Of those 22, the existing literature, the scientific literature, supported causation in six of them. Existing literature acknowledged that six of those diseases were, in fact, caused by the DTP.

With four of those diseases, the literature rejected causation. But look at this number, with 12 of those diseases, there was no literature. It had never been studied.

And what kind of disease are we talking about? Meningitis, neurological damage, learning disabilities, and autoimmune diseases.

Because of the lack of science, they were handicapped in being able to make any kind of assessment about whether this vaccine was dangerous or safe.

So that was 1991, but look what happened three years later.

In 1994, IOM came back and looked at four other vaccines, they found that there were 54 illnesses that had been reported to be associated with those vaccines.

But for 38, there was no literature. It simply had never been studied.

So, the IOM here is saying, “We don’t have “the ability to assess the safety of vaccines “because the science simply doesn’t exist.” 17 years later, in 2011, IOM came back again. This time they reviewed four other vaccines, 155 conditions were reported.

For 134 we don’t know, and nobody knows, if the vaccines are causing that epidemic because we don’t have the science to reject that hypothesis.

IOM’s report was extensive and it was a 700-page report and I selected this because this deals with an injury that we’ve all heard about and that there’s a lot of controversy about, which is autism.

This page was looking at whether the DTP vaccine can cause autism.

And what they found at the end of that is that, the evidence is inadequate to accept or reject a causal relationship between DTP and autism.

So what they’re saying here is that they couldn’t find any study of the relationship between DTP and autism, but in fact, they acknowledge in the first paragraph, they did find that there was one study out there, but that study found that DTP does cause autism.

But IOM decided to reject that study because it provided data from a passive surveillance system and lacked an unvaccinated comparison population.

Well, that system that it relied on, was the VAERS system. It’s HHS’s own system.

What IOM is saying here is HHS is so slovenly and reckless at gathering data on vaccine safety that we cannot use the one system that they have because it’s so unreliable.

So what does CDC do with this information? Do they come clean with the American public? Does it say to the American public, “We need to do our job.

“We need to go out and commission these studies “and find out whether there are any associations “between DTaP vaccine and autism?” No, this is what they do.

This is CDC’s website: Vaccines do not cause autism.

And what does it cite? A 2011 Institute of Medicine study, this study.

CDC is counting on the fact that nobody is going to go out and read the 700-page report that it’s citing there and find out that’s not what the report says at all.

This is a lie. Now I want you to watch a 2008 interview with Dr. Bernadine Healy who was the former head of NIH.

“I haven’t seen major studies that focus on 300 kids who got autistic symptoms within a period of a few weeks of a vaccine.

I think that the public health officials have been too quick to dismiss the hypothesis as irrational without sufficient studies of causation.

The reason why they didn’t want to look for those susceptibility groups was because they’re afraid that if they found them, however big or small they were, that would scare the public away”.

Reporter: It sounds like you don’t think the hypothesis of a link between vaccines and autism is completely irrational.

Healy: So when I first heard about it, I thought that doesn’t make sense to me.

The more you delve into it, if you look at the basic science, if you look at the research that’s been done on animals, if you also look at some of these individual cases and if you look at the evidence that there is no link, what I come away with is the question has not been answered”.

So as you just heard, Dr. Healy’s central point is that, if we really want to know the safety profile of individual vaccines and the vaccine schedule, there’s one study that we need in order to do that.

That is a vaccinated versus unvaccinated study.

But despite Dr. Healy’s call for that in 2008, by 2013 the Institute of Medicine found that studies designed to examine the long-term effects of the cumulative number of vaccines or other aspects of the immunization schedule have never been conducted.

The good news is that CDC has the database with a capacity to do that study.

The CDC’s Vaccine Safety Datalink has the health records and the vaccination records of 10 million people including hundreds of thousands of children.

In 2011, IOM said, “It is possible to make this comparison “through analysis of patient information contained “in large databases such as the VSD.” And why is the CDC not conducting these obvious kind of studies? Well, maybe it’s because they don’t like the results when those kind of studies are conducted.

For example, in the African study that I opened this presentation with, where vaccinated kids had 10 times the death rate of unvaccinated kids, or this study that was done in April of this year, and it’s a study of about 700 homeschool kids ages 6 to 12.

The study found that the vaccinated children had less chicken pox and less pertussis, but that they had 30 times the levels of allergic rhinitis as unvaccinated children.

3.9 times the allergies. ADD 4.2 times. Autism 4.2 times.

For this study that was published in 2012, which was a randomized study that compared children who received placebo to those who received a flu shot. What they found was that the flu shot group and the placebo group, had the same rate of flu infections.

But again, the flu shot group had 4.4 times higher rate of non-influenza infection So the flu shot was not giving the children protection against the flu, but it was influencing in a bad way, their immune systems to make them much more vulnerable to other illnesses.

This is a CDC study that was done in 1999 secretly of its own vaccine safety database. What they found was astonishing.

It looked at children who had received thimerosal vaccines and compared those to children who had not and what they found was that kids who had received the thimerosal vaccine had 1100% greater risk of receiving an autism diagnosis.

For comparison, smoking one pack of cigarettes a day for 20 years will create a relative risk of for lung cancer. This was 11.35.

CDC never published this version of the study, never let the public know about these risks and effectively closed the vaccine safety database to almost any independent researcher.

Now that study was known as the Verstraeten study and after that study came out, CDC panicked and began producing numerous studies in-house.

Those studies are almost all epidemiological studies and in my line of business, which is environmental law, epidemiological studies are regarded as the weakest form of studies.

We have an old saying that says, “Statistics don’t lie, “but statisticians do.” You could make an epidemiological study that proves, for example, that sex doesn’t make you pregnant.

How do you do that? You get rid of all the pregnant people before you study the population.

And then you can have a population where a lot of people are having sex and none is getting pregnant and you can prove that sex doesn’t make you pregnant.

That’s one of the gimmicks that CDC used in creating this new wave of epidemiological studies.

What Does a “Safe and Effective” Vaccine Look Like?

Hundreds of doctors and scientists have studied vaccines, their ingredients, and the physiological mechanisms affected by those ingredients. The following criteria, and the rationale for these criteria, are the results of their work. Vaccine industry spokespeople say vaccines are safe and effective. But are they?

A vaccine should be tested against a true placebo (inert saline).

Prescription drugs are required to be safety tested against a placebo. However, vaccines fall under the category of “biologics” and are usually not tested against an inert saline placebo. For example, Merck’s HPV vaccine was tested against a dangerous aluminum adjuvant, which can trigger autoimmune disorders.

A safe vaccine should be tested long enough to properly track adverse events including those discovered in post-approval surveillance.

Known adverse events like autoimmune, neuro-developmental, and chronic conditions can take months or years to be detected. Yet, most vaccines are monitored for side effects for a period of only two to five days, as stated on the vaccine insert literature. As an example, Merck’s hepatitis B Vaccine, given to one-day-old infants, was only safety tested for five days.

Experimental mRNA and DNA gene technologies should undergo years of testing before being used on the public.

This mechanism of action for a vaccine has never before been ap­proved. There should be a minimum of 10 years of careful research before any such technology is used on a wide scale basis on the public. DNA vaccines are designed to make permanent changes to an individual’s DNA. mRNA vaccines have an inflammatory effect and could potentially lead to autoimmune events.

Vaccines should be free of mercury, aluminum and nano-metals.

Hundreds of peer-reviewed studies prove mercury is not safe. There are no safety studies that show that it is safe when used in vaccines. Although mercury was removed from most vaccines, it is still present in multi-dose vial presentations of the flu vaccine. Aluminum is a known neurotoxin which can induce neurodevelop­mental disorders, brain inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. A two month-old child receives a single-day dose of aluminum that exceeds the FDA’s maximum allowable dose by more than 50 times.

Vaccines should be free of adjuvants proven to be dangerous, including but not limited to squalene, aluminum, and PEG (polyethylene glycol).

An adjuvant is a substance added to a vaccine to elicit a stronger immune response. Squalene, one of many adjuvants used, was found to have harmful effects such as inducing autoimmune conditions and narcolepsy. PEG is another adjuvant that can trigger a serious adverse immune response and result in anaphylaxis (i.e., severe allergic reaction or shock).

Vaccines should be free of bird, cow, pig, monkey and mouse viruses.

Vaccines are often produced in animal serums and can be con­taminated with viruses and retroviruses from other animal species. Many of these viruses, such as SV40 (simian virus 40) that contam­inated some of the early polio vaccines, have been shown to cause cancer in humans.

Vaccines should be free of human DNA and aborted human fetal cell lines.

Human fetal cell lines dating back to the 1960s have been used in vaccines for the last 30 years. An Italian study identified the pres­ence of a complete, abnormal human genome of a male fetus in the MMRV vaccine. Some vaccine makers, in response to concerns by the Catholic church and other religious groups, have begun to phase out the use of human fetal cell lines in the production of vaccines.

Vaccines should be free of Radio-Frequency ID (RFID) bio-chips and nano-technology agents.

The introduction of bio-chips and nano-technology agent by vaccine is a new frontier being explored by tech companies and military research agencies such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Claims are they would create a communi­cations interface between a person’s biology/physiology/psychology and outside technologies. No one knows the short or long-term effects.

Vaccine manufacturers should not have liability protection.

A 1986 act of Congress granting liability protection to vaccine makers creates profitable incentives to rush vaccines to market and ignore potential safety concerns.Vaccine makers need to bear the primary responsibility and financial liability for ensuring that their products are safe. Vaccine injuries and deaths occur every day. The government has paid out almost $4.5 billion to the vaccine-injured through its National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, while denying two-thirds of cases.

Corporate Personhood and the “Right” to Harm the Environment

Concerned with the environmental threat posed by factory hog farms, nine townships in Pennsylvania have passed ordinances banning corporate ownership of farms. Opponents have filed a lawsuit, however, claiming that such laws are unconstitutional because they violate a corporation’s rights under the First and 14th Amendments and the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.1

Why is it that corporations can claim constitutional rights? Wasn’t our Constitution written in the name of “We the people”?

It was, of course, and the Constitution does not even mention corporations. But in 1886 the Supreme Court started down a treacherous path by viewing corporations as “people” with rights to equal protection under the 14th Amendment. Since that time the Court has granted “corporate persons” additional rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Amendments.

What we call “corporate personhood” has resulted. Rights originally meant to protect human beings from the potentially oppressive powers of our government now belong as well to the corporation, an artificial entity. Corporations claim these constitutional rights in Federal court as they attempt, often with success, to overturn, weaken, or get around laws designed to protect the environment.

The First Amendment

“. . . no law. . . abridging the freedom of speech. . .”

– First Amendment

The First Amendment right to free speech has been broadened by the courts to allow corporations to give campaign contributions, lobby legislators, run advertisements that support their interests, exercise the right not to speak, and paint their activities as “green.”

When President George W. Bush ran for governor of Texas, he received more than $4 million in campaign donations from companies that have benefited greatly from the Texas Environmental, Health, and Safety Audit Privilege Act, which he signed soon after taking office.2 This law says that companies need not report their violations of environmental regulations to law enforcement officials or to the public. Nor can they be penalized for self-reported violations. Some 25 other states have passed similar audit privilege laws in the past decade.3

The Fourth Amendment

“The right of the people to be secure. . . against unreasonable searches and seizures. . .”
– Fourth Amendment

Under many circumstances, corporations have the right to “shut the door” on government inspectors who lack a search warrant. The resulting delay may be enough for a company to cover up signs of wrongdoing. Even if evidence is collected under a search warrant, there is no guarantee that it will hold up in court.

Riverdale Mills, a wire-mesh manufacturer, sits on the Blackstone River near Worcester, Mass. In 1997, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received an anonymous tip from an employee that the mill’s wastewater treatment system was not working. Agents got a search warrant to investigate what was going on and collected evidence that was used by the government to indict Riverdale’s owner on two counts of violating the Clean Water Act. The case fell apart, however, after the judge handling the case threw out key evidence (water test results) because the EPA took samples on the mill property without informing the owner.4 Apparently, having a search warrant is not even enough.

The Fifth Amendment

“. . . nor shall any person. . .be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” – Fifth Amendment

Corporations have the right to challenge governmental actions that protect the environment by claiming they are “takings” of their property rights. Further, the government may be required to provide monetary compensation for any consequent reduction in property value, even intangible property value such as lost potential profits.

Florida Rock Industries applied for a permit to mine limestone from 1,500 acres of wetlands in the Florida Everglades in the early 1990s. The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers denied the permit because the risks of pollution and habitat destruction were high. Florida Rock sued successfully to get compensation for a regulatory taking, even though the company had the opportunity to sell the property for more than twice as much as it paid.5 The government could end up paying Florida Rock tens of millions of dollars.6

In 1986, Monterey, CA rejected the application of Del Monte Dunes Corporation to build a residential complex on environmentally sensitive sand dunes. The state eventually purchased the property from the company for a public park, paying more than the original purchase price. Nevertheless, Del Monte Dunes sued for a takings on the basis that the company would have made much more money if allowed to build. The jury hearing the case awarded the company $1.45 million.7 Other “personhood rights” were claimed by Del Monte Dunes in this case as well: the 14th Amendment (due process and equal protection) and the Sixth and Seventh Amendments (right to trial by jury).

The 14th Amendment

“. . . nor shall any State . . . deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
– 14th Amendment

By using the cry of “equal protection” to open the courts to them, corporations can evade, if not overturn, regulations while conducting business as usual.

Gwaltney of Smithfield Ltd. operated a meatpacking plant on the Pagan River in Smithfield, Virginia. Between 1981 and 1984, the company repeatedly violated the conditions of its permit to pollute by discharging excessive quantities of five pollutants. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Natural Resources Defense Council sent notice of their intent to file a citizens suit under the Clean Water Act.

But they got nowhere: the court ruled that citizens could sue a corporation only for an ongoing violation of the law.8 Because citizens must provide polluters with a 60-day notice of intent to sue, violators have the opportunity to do a “quick fix” and so avoid litigation.

By asserting their personhood rights, corporations are able to influence legislation and gain access to the courts. The total effect is devastating, with no part of our environment left untouched. Corporations not only find ways to avoid or minimize regulation but use their wealth and power to slow or halt enforcement.

We need to accept that there is no point in continuing to play the same game. Corporations have shown that they are better at it. But if we abolish corporate personhood, they lose the constitutional rights that have permitted them to trump democratic processes. If we recognize that corporations are legal entities, created and defined by the authority of government – and extended privileges rather than rights, we will help lay the foundations for the creation of a true democracy.

SIGNPOSTS ALONG A TREACHEROUS PATH

Corporations gained their constitutional “rights” to fight environmental regulation through a series of precedent setting Supreme Court decisions. Cases that yielded these decisions include:

14th Amendment Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad [118 U.S. 394 (1886)] Corporations are included in the word “person” in the 14th Amendment and given equal protection under the law.

Fifth Amendment Noble v. Union River Logging [147 U.S. 165 (1893)] A corporation cannot be deprived of its property without due process. Pennsylvania Coal Co. v. Mahon [260 U.S. 393, 415 (1922)] Corporations have protection against the taking of private property without compensation. A regulation is a taking.

Fourth Amendment Hale v. Henkel [201 U.S. 43 (1906)] A corporation is entitled to protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. Marshall v. Barlow [436 U.S. 307 (1978)] Corporations have the right to demand a search warrant for monitoring of regulatory compliance.

First Amendment Buckley v. Valeo [424 U.S. 1 (1976)] Political money is equivalent to speech. Boston v. Bellotti [435 U.S. 765 (1978)] Corporations have the same rights to the First Amendment as people and can spend unlimited money to “speak” in ads to overturn referendums.

Next… Part Eight – The Elephant in the Room (Yes! Really!)

This article is going to delve into an area that may be a bit foreign to some readers. Which means, there may be some triggers to dismantle on the way to acquiring new neurons. No worries, we already know how to do that!

Perhaps the best place to start is to quote Nikolai Tesla:

“If you want to find the secrets of the Universe,

think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”

The full spectrum of electromagnetism from the sun comes to us in the form of energy. The visible spectrum is the part we can see, but gamma rays, x-rays, ultraviolet rays, infrared and radio wave frequencies operate beyond our range of vision. We know they are there; we are just unable to see them with our naked eye.

Perhaps you know someone who works with the energy of consciousness and has trained themselves to be sensitive to energies. In other words, they can ‘feel’ through their subtle body energies that which is beyond our visual spectrum.

The truth is, we all feel energy.  We feel the human emotion of love. For each other, our families, our country and know the power love holds. You can’t always describe it, but you know when you feel it. It is balanced, connected to Our Creator and it draws you in like a big hug.

We have also all felt the human emotion of anger, hatred, condemnation. We know the power these lower emotions hold. They can divide a marriage, a family and even a country. It is chaotic and destructive.

So, we all know that thoughts, emotions, words and actions hold the frequency of energy. We don’t need to see it; we can feel it on some level and know the power it holds.

LAW OF ATTRACTION

The energy we put out there in our words, thoughts or actions, does not disappear once it leaves our conscious awareness. Energy goes out into the atmosphere, accumulates, and that same energy returns back around. This is called the Law of Attraction and it is how we energetically create our reality.

If we put out love, compassion, hope and positive thoughts, the energy they carry will circle right back to us. If we put out judgment, condemnation, hatred and dire thoughts, the energy they carry will also circle right back to us.

Thankfully, we are able, through our consciousness, to retrieve our mis-guided energetic creations and balance them or heal them from the point of origin, ourselves.

ENERGY FREELOADERS

The next important concept to cover for this part of The Story, is in the realm of human relationships. There are those people we might call energy freeloaders. These people are not connected to their Creator and therefore must acquire the energy from others to survive. Typically, they target a loving and giving person and position themselves to suck the energy they need.

We have all kinds of psychological names for these types of relationships. Givers and takers, narcissist and empaths, co-dependent relationships. Now before we go into massive judgment mode, it is wise to acknowledge that all of us, on some level, are fully capable of both sides of these relationships.

In the question between givers and takers, The Invisible Powers are always Takers with a capital T. As the powers behind the media, they have a never-ending greed for the chaos of the lower emotions, for that is how they survive.

ENERGY HARVEST

“As long as they can hold us in our ego centers,

they can be assured of their long-standing reign.

They know how to activate the animal, drug the addict,

divide and isolate, and desensitize community awareness.

They know how to create a nationalistic frenzy, and false loyalties to superheroes.”

**Quote that I have in my notes and can’t find the reference now. I apologize. **

I recently had a conversation with a friend of mine who was having a hard time dealing with an article that was saying how hateful Trump supporters were. She just didn’t know how to deal with the possibility that people could be so hateful. I asked her what emotions were coming up for her and she gasped and exclaimed, “I never thought it had to do with MY emotions!”

Most likely we all agree these last few months have been a spectacle to behold. Was there a lower emotion that was missed? Was there a judgment that wasn’t made? Indeed, was there any aspect of our lower selves that was not revealed or experienced by us in graphic, emotional and judgmental technicolor?

We all have felt the full range of all of our lower emotions in these last years. Media propaganda is specifically designed to inflame them.  We would be wise to ask the question, for what purpose? While there are no clear-cut answers, there are some possibilities we can follow.

Now I ask you to remain inquisitive as you read this, for what I am about to write, has no scientific proof. This is just an intuitive possibility that is worth some curiosity. With some of the advances in technologies we have been reading, I wouldn’t even put it out of the realm of possibility.

What if? The Invisible Powers have developed some sort of technology that allows them to harvest the lower discordant energies that we put out there every day? And this is how they energetically feed themselves?

From this perspective, with all the discordant energies flying around, we must be ripe for the harvest!

• That could that be one reason as to why the media must continuously find something to inflame us. They certainly put a lot of effort into keeping us in our lower animal centers. And we so willingly oblige.

• If that is the case, then we have to take it to the next step and wonder if the reason sports arenas are mostly owned by companies of The Invisible Powers has nothing to do with sports and everything to do with the energies they produce.

But this is good news for us! Because it should work both ways, right? If they are harvesting the energies we put out there, why can’t we stop putting out discordant energies and heal what we already put out there? That would make sense, wouldn’t it?

ENERGETIC SOVEREIGNTY

Once we learn to see their game, we don’t have to take the bait and feed their chaotic energetic needs. We can each begin to take responsibility for the energy we put out there and choose a balanced form of expression instead. In the process, we claim our sovereignty over our lower animal instincts and begin to create a better future for ourselves and our families.

If we think we might be ready to try something like this, what might it look like?

• When we are ready to let go of our need to be right, we can embrace curiosity and be ready for new complexities.
• When we are ready to let go of our need to be superior, cast judgment and condemn, we will be ready to truly accept and honor one another.
• When we are ready to let go of our division, we will be ready to experience unity.
• When we are ready to let go of our greed and consumption, we will be ready to experience ourselves as enough.
• When we are ready to let go of competition and domination, we will be ready to embrace equality.
• When we are ready to let go of lust, we will be ready to explore the mysteries of love, sexuality, respect, honor and creation.
• When we are ready to let go of our thrill of the fight, we will be ready to embrace peace.

As we do this, we reduce the negative forcefields in the ethers and the available negative energy for other forces to use. This is something every single one of us can do. There is no one keeping us from cleaning up our energetic mis-creations. We hold all the power here.

Can you imagine what would happen if propaganda tried to control us and we didn’t take the bait? Whoa! Now that would be something!

ADVENTURES IN CONSCIOUSNESS

BALANCING OUR LOWER THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS

One way to claim sovereignty over our lower thoughts and emotions is to begin a ritual of cleansing yourself from them. Mine goes something like this, but you can create your own process that works for you:

“Father/Mother God, I ask to bring forth from all

my lives, in every dimension, from every timeline,

all my expressions of Judgment.

Bring forth not only the original expression,

But also, the negative effect of that expression.

I ask and offer forgiveness for my mis-perception to all involved.

I claim the pearl of wisdom from this experience,

I ask my frequency to be released from the burden of this mis-creation.

I was the beginning and now I am the ending of this energetic creation.

I am ready to let go, and let the energy be transformed,

I am ready to claim my energetic balance.

Thank you for my release. I am so very grateful.”

THE MACRO TO MICRO MIRROR

I use this process when I find myself upset about something in the outside world. I have learned to treat these emotional triggers as indicators that I personally, have work to do. I know I can’t do anything about anyone else, but I can take care of myself and my own mis-creations in the best way I know how.

1. Think about the things that bother you the most in our outside world and make a list. Try to get down to the core energy behind it. We are looking for the energy behind the issues that trigger you the most.
2. For example, perhaps the thing that bothers you the most is racism. If you look at the underlying energy, you may find prejudice, condemnation, judgment, fear at the core. Make a note of its opposite. Perhaps that would be acceptance, respect and love for other people and ourselves.
3. Or maybe the thing that bothers you the most is the concern that we are heading very quickly into a dictator state where the government controls our every move. If we look at the underlying energy it is about control, manipulation and fear. The opposite could be the allowance of another’s free will, sovereignty.
4. Now take the awareness of the triggering energy and examine yourself and how you show up in the world.
5. Can you find areas in your life where you are not accepting and respectful?
6. Can you find areas in your life where you do not honor another’s free will and sovereign choice?  
7. Since every mis-creation is grounded in fear, can you find areas where you are fearful?
8. Once you identify the places where you exhibit the same characteristics you judge, do some journaling to identify how you might transform your own behavior. What issues or people are a concern? What words or characteristics would you like to change about yourself? Are there people you need to make amends with?
9. Then make a conscious attempt to anchor this new consciousness in the outside world. For example, if you feel you need to be more accepting and respectful, think about some activity you can do to practice your newly emerging attribute. Maybe its volunteering at a local foodbank or homeless shelter. If you feel you need to respect other people’s choices, pay attention. Perhaps you need to stop imposing your ideas or advice on other people.

As you practice this technique you may find that it continually takes you deeper. What I have found is that it is not usually about what is outside of us. The outside world is merely acting as a mirror, trying to wake us up to the personal work we each need to do in our own consciousness!

Next… Part Seven – The Elephant in the Room

Once you start realizing there is an Invisible Power that has a plan and is using it, trying to ‘break the code’ becomes an extremely interesting exercise. What we have been tracking so far are the clues left behind. This next section reveals the actual timeline of their plans in action.

The Invisible Powers Business Plan on Wall Street:

In my career, I was a Financial Consultant. One of the highest points of my career was when I got my clients out of the stock market and into gold before the 2008/2009 Crash. Not only did they miss the decline, but they made money in our gold investments.

As a result, in 2009, I had a significant amount of my clients’ money tied up in the gold market, so I watched it like a hawk. (Please forgive me here, with time the exact numbers have changed, but the general numbers and experience is accurate).

1. In October of 2008, the money center banks received bailout money through the Troubled Asset Relief Program for their involvement in the Sub-Prime Real Estate Crisis.
2. On about July 1^st 2009, Goldman Sachs came out with the surprising recommendation of $300 a barrel oil. If oil goes up, so does gold. I was happy. But this was the head-fake.
3. Also, on about July 1^st 2009, the Commitment of Traders report showed the banks were long about 100 puts on the gold market. (That means they were expecting the gold market to decline).
4. On about July 15^th 2009, the Commitment of Traders report showed approximately 15,000-ish puts on the gold market. It was like someone picked up the phone and said “Hey, now we are going to take gold down, do you want in?”. The position was something like 15% of the entire gold market and only nine months after they received their bailouts from the US Government. They were gambling on the gold market with our bailout money! (Actually, let’s be honest, they weren’t gambling, they were manipulating).
5. Over the next 3 months, gold fell 25% and they made $2.5 billion on their investment, with OUR money!
6. This entire timeline was reported to the regulatory agencies, but nothing was done.

For someone who used to believe in free market capitalism, this was a huge and powerful series of events. To me, this was clear confirmation that not only were free markets a farce, but there was a bigger game happening and we were the pawns!

The Invisible Powers Business Plan in Private Prisons:

Catherine Austin Fitts, who was the prior Assistant Secretary of Housing and became whistle-blower extraordinaire for the drug money being funneled through HUD, was incredibly helpful back then in explaining how some of the pieces came together for The Invisible Powers.

Catherine gave me the idea that private prisons were the clue that they were getting ready to run up incarceration rates and from there the stock prices of the companies they already owned.

But it wasn’t until 15 years later, when I was researching MK Ultra and listened to Dr. Hans Utter, that I put together this full business plan of The Invisible Powers. Dr. Utter was highlighted in my article about MK Ultra. His expertise is on mind control, music, and weaponized anthropology.

But first a ‘warm up’ quote about the drug war from the Richard Nixon era:

“You want to know what this was really all about. The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I’m saying. We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course, we did.”

Here is their Business Plan Revealed

• PRIVATIZATION: In the 1980’s the Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) began running prisons for a profit. They received some key contracts and in 1984 went public on the concept that their facility design and use of surveillance allows for fewer staff. (Mother Jones, by Madison Palmer, A Brief History of America’s Private Prison Industry, July/August 2016)

• PROPAGANDA: “In 1985, the proportion of Americans polled who saw drug abuse as the nation’s “number one problem” was just 2-6 percent. The figure grew through the remainder of the 1980s until, in September 1989, it reached a remarkable 64 percent – one of the most intense fixations by the American public on any issue in polling history. Within less than a year, however, the figure plummeted to less than 10 percent, as the media lost interest. The draconian policies enacted during the hysteria remained, however, and continued to result in escalating levels of arrests and incarceration”. • LEGISLATION: In the 1990s, “Among the “model” bills (?) to emerge from the American Legislative Exchange Council’s criminal justice task force, which CCA later co-chairs, are truth-in-sentencing and three-strikes legislation that help fuel the ’90s prison boom. (CCA says it did not vote on or comment on any proposed ALEC legislation).  (Mother Jones, by Madison Palmer, A Brief History of America’s Private Prison Industry, July/August 2016

• BRIBES: Then came the ‘kids for cash’ scandal. From Wikipedia: “In 2008, judges Michael Conahan and Mark Ciavarella were convicted of accepting money in return for imposing harsh adjudications on juveniles to increase occupancy at for-profit detention centers”. When this quote says ‘accepted money’ it was in the millions and ‘increasing occupancy’ it was in the thousands… of kids!

• CHEAP ACCESS TO LABOR: The Invisible Power’s companies now have access to a new labor force, prisoners. According to www.thinkprogress.com “people behind bars are forced to do grueling, back-breaking and dangerous work for nickels and dimes while corporations rack up billions of dollars in profit off of the cheap labor.” The top ten of these companies from 2017: Whole Foods; McDonalds; Walmart; Victoria Secret; AT&T; BP; Starbucks; Microsoft; Nintendo; American Airlines. • CHEAP ACCESS TO LABOR DURING PANDEMIC: While other companies are forced to shut down during the pandemic, The Invisible Power’s companies still have access to cheap labor. “States like California, New York, and Arizona have relied on prisoners to continue working, with little pay and in precarious conditions, during the coronavirus pandemic.” www.theappeal.org.

And now we have the world’s highest per capita prison population of 655 per 100,000 population. The next highest is El Salvador with 590 per 100,000. (Statista.com)

The Invisible Powers Black Lives Matter Business Plan:

I consider Catherine Austin Fitts to be one of the most brilliant financial minds I know and I highly recommend her website www.solari.com as a significant resource in tracking The Invisible Powers. She has many articles that should be required reading, but “The Missing Money” is by far essential reading for every American. Go to www.solari.com > About > Core Concepts. Then read:

• “The Missing Money”… Here you will read about the $2.3 Trillion that Donald Rumsfield announced was missing from the Pentagon’s military budget, the day before the 9/11 attacks. If you keep reading subsequent articles, you can follow its growth to the $21 Trillion it was at last count.

The following information comes to us from Catherine Austin Fitts, Publisher of The Solari Report and past Assistant Secretary of Housing via a Youtube entitled Planet Lockdown.  The first point is my own.

• There were four, clear factions in the Black Lives Matter rallies/riots. The first were people showing up to take a stand for Black Lives; the second were people Backing the Blue; the third were the Proud Boys and the fourth were Antifa. It is rumored Antifa and Proud Boys were funded by deep pockets.
• When the riots began, Catherine’s research team started trying to fit the pieces together to see if they could break the code, if there was a code to break.
• They started accumulating data on everything they could think of: states, cities, political status of governor, number of COVID cases. Nothing was clear.
• Then Catherine thought of mapping out the 12 Federal Reserve Bank cities and the 37 different banking locations. Turns out 34 out of 37 riots occurred near Federal Reserve Bank locations.
• An important fact to insert here… The Federal Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 created The Opportunity Zone program, designed to provide investors the opportunity to avoid capital gains to reinvest in low income, underserved communities. Many of these zones are near Federal Reserve Banks.
• As Catherine analyzed the groupings of the damaged buildings inside Opportunity Zones, she concluded, “This is not a riot pattern, this is a Real Estate transaction. This is Disaster Capitalism at work”. *
• Finally, once those tech investors buy up the Real Estate, it is fairly predictable they will put Smart Cities in place, close to the Federal Reserve Banks and make it easy to connect to the new crypto-currency.

ADVENTURES IN CONSCIOUSNESS

The Invisible Powers have a plan, they are motivated and they are organized. Well guess what? So are we! We just have been organized to work against each other! And with the right motivation, that can be changed.

In addition, we have a hidden asset, one we haven’t fully explored yet. One that could easily shift the balance of power. Just so you know, we will be talking about this topic more in depth next article, but for now…

MASTERING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION (Creating our own business plan)

The Law of Attraction, is an energetic principle that states what you put out there in terms of your thoughts, words or actions is an energy field that goes out and attracts more of the same energy and brings it back around for you. In this regard, you could look at the Universe as a great big tennis racket, bouncing whatever energy you generate right back to you.

Instead of using our thoughts to put power into what we don’t want to create, why don’t we start putting our thoughts and actions into what we DO want to create? What about claiming some of our internal work and external action and putting that energy out into the ethers?

Think about all the times each of us has bemoaned the current situation, feeling powerless to change it when the truth is, we have powerful tools at our command. We just haven’t tried them. We each have complete control over our own thoughts and the energy they create. No one can stop us from dreaming up our best reality.

It is so simple, you may dismiss it as not powerful enough. But doesn’t everything start with a thought? Yes, there are times that a thought doesn’t have enough power, so it goes nowhere. But there are times that a thought has accumulated enough power it inspires you to start talking about it. Once you are talking about something, then that inspires you to take action about it. Once you take action, you are now the creative force you only dreamed about earlier.

Let’s start imagining our own Business Plan!

• I am actively dismantling propaganda and its power over my life. As I free up my consciousness, I free up my contribution to the collective I see.
• I am actively dismantling my triggers. As I dismantle my triggers, I free up myself and others.
• I am actively talking to my friends and building my personal library of brain neurons so I have more capacity to comprehend and discern the world around me.
• I am actively uniting with others as this force concerns us all.
• I am actively claiming my sovereignty and dismantling unwanted programs.
• I am actively setting boundaries on technology and expanding my connection to my natural self.
• I am grateful that I can take my part in cleaning up the energy I placed out there that is part of the chaotic collective we see.
• I am loving, I am wise, I am powerful. I am ever growing and expanding.
• I see We the People become aware, working together and gaining power.
• I see all aspects of The Game being dismantled.
• I see propaganda, mind control, and artificial intelligence being stopped in their tracks.
• I see legislation that feeds The Invisible Powers dismantled and legislation that works for the good of all in its place.
• I see government, corporations, regulatory agencies being returned to the power of We the People.
• I see our environment being cleaned up and polluters stopped.

I could go on, but you get the picture.

Is this self-talk? Yes.

Is this focused time with a cup of coffee? Yes.

Is this a meditation? Yes.

Is this a conversation with friends? Yes.

Is this positive action? Yes.

Next… Part Six The Energy Harvest

One of the most amazing things about the human spirit is its ability to rise up to challenges that are seemingly insurmountable. We instinctively know how to work together to overcome a common foe. Through the process of overcoming, we learn, expand, stretch and become wiser. And perhaps that is its purpose.

I needed to remember that when I researched Artificial Intelligence, so I thought I would remind you in advance…

But first, let’s do a quick review of what we have uncovered so far in our quest to find the fingerprints of The Invisible Powers. Propaganda, it seems, was created by men looking to influence the public for the purposes of marketing. It works mostly on the conscious level and since its creation, has morphed into a powerful form of population control.

MK Ultra was created by our government with the dedicated goal of creating spies, assassins and mind controlling both individuals and the population. It works mostly on the sub-conscious level, which makes it harder to track and prove, but there are certainly fingerprints left behind.

The sub-conscious mind is also where Artificial Intelligence operates. It is a vast subject with many intersecting currents and conflicting powers. While there seem to be plenty of clues leading to a dire conclusion, please don’t take this writing as fact. Follow your own curiosity, do some research and try to prove another conclusion.

Artificial Intelligence

Since we don’t think about it much, it may seem that Artificial Intelligence is a concept far removed from our reality, but in fact Artificial Intelligence is intimate with our reality. Our phones, watches, headsets, computers, cars, televisions, and smart devices are just a few of the technologies we come in contact with on a daily, if not continuous basis.

We are all in contact with Artificial Intelligence. The simplest example is when your smart phone listens to your conversations and make suggestions for future purchases. The most complex may be the electromagnetic penetration of your brain to extract information or plant suggestions. Clearly, there are a myriad of applications in-between.

To me, Artificial Intelligence is one of those areas of research that falls into the category of ‘just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should do something’. It is the unintended (or maybe in the case of The Invisible Powers, intended) consequences that concern me.

The first major impact from Artificial Intelligence is to our health.

Okay, that was heavy.

With Propaganda, it seems reasonable to conclude they want to influence us. With MK Ultra, it seems reasonable to conclude they want to control us. With Artificial Intelligence it seems reasonable to conclude they want to enslave us and take over our very consciousness.

The question is, are we going to let them?

We have to remember: Artificial Intelligence is still no match for the human brain and cannot touch the love that flows through our heart. It will never have a soul or a connection to the Prime Creator.    

ADVENTURES IN CONSCIOUSNESS

We are children of the stars, seeded with Mother Earth. We have the keys to the entire Universe hidden within us. We have access to infinite wisdom in our minds and unlimited love in our hearts. Together these gifts are our inheritance and they are waiting for us to (put down our technology) and discover them.

It would be a shame to lose these gifts before we have a chance to experience them.

The journey within is where we begin to tap into our connection to the cosmic and natural world. This is where our focus and our trust should lie, in our own Higher Self in connection with Mother/Father Creator.

Our mind is a gift from our Father in the cosmos. It is a magnificent living library of wisdom. Our heart is a gift from our Mother Earth. It is capable of tremendous transformative love. We are the sacred union between the two and have access to the secrets of both.

We are proficient at using our conscious mind. We receive information from our five senses and they go through our brain to be processed. We work with these bits of information using our thoughts and logic, or worry and fear. Let’s be clear, our mind is the natural intelligence that artificial intelligence is trying to mimic.

While we generally aren’t aware of this, we also receive information from a multitude of undefined senses in connection with Nature. This information goes through each cell to be processed. When our cells process something, we get intuitive hits, gut feelings or a knowingness. It is the same wisdom that guides a seed to sprout or a flower to bloom. We have forgotten we are also part of this web of life.

When we consciously develop our intuitive nature, we allow for another set of senses to help us navigate our world. While the brain may not be able to tell where a thought comes from or when it is being deceived, the intuitive body can pick up on subtle changes in frequency. The intuitive body is also wise and healing.

SIMPLE CONNECTION EXERCISE:

Leave your phone and all technology behind and go out in the woods. Find a tree that you are drawn to and sit with your back against its trunk. You are plugging into the natural web of life. Relax and let go.

Begin to focus on your heart and feel the warmth. Take a deep breath in and breathe a column of light up to our Father in the Cosmos. Offer your gratitude and return back to your heart. Then breathe out and down to our Mother in the center of Earth. Offer your gratitude and return back to your heart.

Feel the currents of energy flow within you between Heaven and Earth. As you breathe in, fill your heart. As you breath out, expand through your heart into your frequency. Get used to the feeling of connection.

The tree you are leaning against naturally reaches to both heaven and earth. It is one of the generators of the oxygen we need to survive. It bends with the wind, but doesn’t break. Its roots live in community with other trees and share nutrients. Trees can live for hundreds of years and are naturally very wise.

You can talk to Mother/Father God, or your tree and share your troubles, you can sit there in focused gratitude, you can open your heart and let your love flow, you can ask to be healed, you can intend to receive the answer to a question. Develop this part of your consciousness and let it help you.

Then when you feel off center from the challenges of the world. Take a second, connect and affirm your frequency. “I claim myself in balance and harmony for the Highest Good of All”. The world may be chaotic around you, but you can hold your own pillar of balance.
